The inner ramblings of an Entrepreneur Taguchi Traffic Testing

14 April 2009 No Comment

How do you organise the chaos of business, into ongoing focused action.

You need to ask yourself questions like:

  • What is the most important thing I can do right now to increase conversions.
  • What are my competitions doing that I can do to increase conversions.
  • Who has already established a list with the mindset of my market place.
  • Would they do a JV or allow me to run a paid solo ad.
  • What converting keywords from my ppc campaign can I go after in SEO.
  • How can I break things down into step by step tasks so I can start outsourcing.
  • How can I use video to increase my conversions.
  • How can I use my time more effectively.
  • How can I find out what my marketplace really want to buy of me.
  • How can I offer more value.
  • How can I keep up to date with changes within the online marketing arena and consistently be reminded of the basic without being overwhelmed by information overload.
  • How can I become more committed.

Im going to attemped to answer these questions over the next few days.

Stay Tuned,

Mark
